My grandma Lasseigne, Monie, announced that she would be serving her famous Crab Fricassee on Friday. It didn't take long for word to get around, and on Friday most of the family showed up for a crabby treat.

ReplyDeleteDo you have your own Magnalite or Le' Cruset set of pots? If not, put in a request with all family members for presents on holidays. I got a whole Le' Cruset set years ago for Christmas. 5 pots (Dutch Oven, small oven, sauce pot, covers, and two skillets for $125 - If you can believe it!) Mom and Janet gave it to me. Dad also, but he thought it was crazy. He didn't think so after I came to live here to help with mom and ended up cooking for him. He ate a lot of dishes from that Christmas gift. Love my pots.
