Mini Pesto Pizza on Sourdough with Zucchini, Fontina, and Eggs

Sourdough starter: yeast, sugar, water, flour



fresh basil

Pesto: basil, mint, parmesan, olive oil, toasted pine nuts,
lemon juice, salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper, garlic


pesto!

next day (actually several days later) - combined the sourdough starter with flour and water

and then that rises for a while

cracked an egg on top and cooked for a few more minutes - done!
